Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Except when using a Gift Voucher, it’s not possible to split the payment across multiple payment methods.
How can I use a discount code with my order?
Enter one valid discount code at checkout before payment. Discount codes can’t be applied after the order is placed.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Absolutely! You can purchase a gift voucher online and the e-Gift card is sent straight to your inbox. You can purchase a voucher in the value of $50.00, $100.00, $250.00 or $500.00
Can I add a message to the Gift voucher?
Personal messages can’t be added to gift vouchers at this stage.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Enter the voucher code at checkout under 'Enter Promo Code or Gift card' to apply it to your order.
How can I check my gift voucher balance?
You can reach out to our team through our Mocka AU Help Center using our live chat, phone or contact us form and we can advise the current balance and expiry date.
How long is the gift voucher valid for?
e-Gift cards are valid for use 3 years from the date of purchase. To check when your gift card was issued, you can reach out to our team through our Mocka AU Help Center using our live chat, phone or contact us form.
How can I report a lost or stolen gift card?
Gift Vouchers and e-Gift cards must be treated like cash and cannot be replaced or refunded.
Where can I use my Mocka gift voucher?
Your gift card can be used online at Mocka Australia only - www.mocka.com.au
When will I receive my gift voucher?
The voucher will be sent as an e-Gift Card and will be emailed once your order has been placed. They will be sent almost instantly so remember to check your email spam or junk folders!
What if I forget to apply my gift voucher?
Typically, we're not able to amend an order once this is placed. We'll need to check the status of the order in our warehouse, if this has already been packaged, we'll be unable to cancel the order or retrospectively apply the voucher.
What are the restrictions on the gift cards?
Your gift card can be used at Mocka Australia only. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase more gift cards and please note you will not be able to use Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) to purchase gift cards.
What is the return policy for the gift cards?
Once the gift card order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way. Mocka Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund.
Do I have to use my gift voucher all at once?
Any available balance on the gift card will be applied to the order. If your purchase is less than the amount of the gift card, the remaining balance will be valid until the expiration date.
