Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

It’s not possible to split the payment across multiple payment methods. Except when using a Gift Voucher, then you can add one other payment method in addition to the Gift Voucher.

Do you offer NDIS quotes?

How can I be certain I've made my purchase correctly?

How long until my order is dispatched?

We process and dispatch in-stock orders Monday through Friday, aiming to ship them within 3 business days of receiving them. Occasional delays may occur due to high volumes.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Use the link provided for updates.

My address is incorrect!

While we always attempt to deliver all items as one delivery for you, sometimes cartons can get separated in transit due to the size and dimensions of your order. Typically, once separated, deliveries are normally complete within 2-3 business days.
