Can I schedule a delivery date and time?Updated a month ago

We use a courier service who typically deliver between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. A specific delivery date or time is unable to be scheduled (or booked in) as deliveries are based on the courier’s schedule.

As the couriers do not have work phones, they cannot call ahead or provide a specific delivery time on the day of delivery. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email confirming the dispatch along with the tracking details for your delivery.
