Where can I receive my order?

We ship to most physical addresses in AU. You have the flexibility to receive your order at your home or business address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

In-stock orders leave our Brisbane warehouse within 3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location and may be impacted by holidays or remote access.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We only ship within Australia. For New Zealand orders, please visit our dedicated NZ website at www.mocka.co.nz.

Can I add delivery instructions to my order?

You have the option of selecting "Authority to Leave" or ''Signature Preferred" at checkout.

Can I schedule a delivery date and time?

Unfortunately, we can't schedule delivery times. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, based on the courier's route and availability.

Can the courier call me on the day of delivery?

Couriers are not always provided with work phones, so they are unable to call before or during the delivery to advise of a specific time.

I'm not ready to accept delivery yet, can you hold the order?

We cannot hold orders in our warehouse to dispatch later. Once an order is placed, we aim to have in-stock items dispatched within 3 business days.

I’ve got stairs, where will my delivery be completed?

All deliveries are completed at ground level only. Couriers don’t carry items upstairs or via lifts.

Can I request delivery to a specific room or floor?

Couriers deliver to ground floor only and cannot carry items to specific rooms or upper levels.

I live in an apartment, what are my delivery options?

Couriers deliver to the ground floor or entrance lobby only.

How much do I pay for delivery?

Shipping costs vary based on your item and location. Simply add your address at checkout to view the delivery charge for your order.

When will my order be shipped?

In stock orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, typically within 3 business days. Delays may occur during peak times or due to weather events.

Do you offer an express delivery service?

We currently offer standard delivery only, with timeframes varying by location. Express shipping isn’t available at this time.

I need to change my delivery address!

Let us know ASAP if you need to update your address. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to make the change in time.

Do you have a showroom or store where I can view products?

We’re online-only for now. Our friendly team is happy to help with product details via chat, phone, or our contact form.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

We don’t offer warehouse pickup or click & collect. All orders are shipped from our Brisbane warehouse.

I can't find my order confirmation

Check your Spam or Promotions folders if you haven’t received your confirmation email. Still no luck? Reach out to our team for help.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. This shows the courier’s ETA and the latest updates on your delivery.

My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it - what should I do?

Check the tracking link for any updates or contact us if you need further assistance.

My tracking link has an error

If your tracking link isn’t working or looks incorrect, contact our team and we’ll help you sort it out as quickly as possible.

I've only received part of my delivery - where's the rest?

Your items may arrive in separate deliveries. Check your tracking link, most split shipments are completed within a few business days.
