In-stock orders leave our Brisbane warehouse within 3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location and may be impacted by holidays or remote access.
We only ship within Australia. For New Zealand orders, please visit our dedicated NZ website at www.mocka.co.nz.
You have the option of selecting "Authority to Leave" or ''Signature Preferred" at checkout.
Unfortunately, we can't schedule delivery times. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, based on the courier's route and availability.
Couriers are not always provided with work phones, so they are unable to call before or during the delivery to advise of a specific time.
We cannot hold orders in our warehouse to dispatch later. Once an order is placed, we aim to have in-stock items dispatched within 3 business days.
All deliveries are completed at ground level only. Couriers don’t carry items upstairs or via lifts.

Shipping costs vary based on your item and location. Simply add your address at checkout to view the delivery charge for your order.
