If your tracking information is showing that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received anything yet – try not to worry!
Sometimes, a small technical glitch in the system may incorrectly mark a parcel as delivered, even though it’s only just been dispatched or is still in transit.
Here's what you can do:
Check your orders progress via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will include the most up to date shipping information available.
