I've only received part of my delivery - where's the rest?Updated 8 days ago

While we always attempt to deliver all items as one delivery for you, sometimes cartons can get separated in transit due to the size and dimensions of your order. Typically, once separated, deliveries are normally complete within 2-3 business days. 

Your tracking link will remain active until you receive your complete order. Only once you have everything will it be marked as complete.
