What does 'pre order' mean?

When you see Pre-Order, it means the product isn’t quite here yet - but you can secure yours in advance, so it ships as soon as it lands!

How can I tell if an item is on preorder?

Pre-order items are clearly marked on our website. You’ll see “Pre-Order” on the product page, along with an estimated arrival timeframe. This label also appears at checkout to make sure it’s clear before you complete your order.

I've purchased a pre order - what happens now?

You’ve successfully locked in your order ahead of the next stock arrival. As soon as your item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow its journey.

How long will it take for my pre order to arrive?

Each pre-order item on our website includes an estimated dispatch date, which is when we expect the item to leave our warehouse. You’ll find this date listed on the product page. Keep in mind these dates are subject to change.

Can I cancel or change my pre order?
